I have been attending 1:1 Pilates sessions with Eva for nearly 15 years now. Almost immediately after I began the sessions, I started to recover from frequent and excruciating lower back pain. Eva’s sessions are very informative.  Through the gentle Pilates exercises, Eva explains how muscles are intertwined and related to one another, which opened my eyes as to how to use the body in an efficient and affective way. I am certain that Eva’s experience as a Ballet teacher significantly complements her Pilates teaching, as well as her knowledge of Yoga and more recently the Garuda method, adding more dimensions to our weekly sessions.
My one-hour of Pilates with Eva, often leaves me with a ‘feel good’ factor lasting for up to 48 hours.

I would thoroughly recommend Eva as a Pilates teacher.  I started classes with Eva struggling for years with misaligned hips and a weak ankle.  I'm now aware of what I need to do to align my hips and overall posture, and my ankle is much stronger. Eva is kind and knowledgeable in what she does. My time with her on the Reformer and Yoga Trapeze is both fun and challenging. Eva is amazing! I had been experiencing hip pain to the point where walking, lying in bed, shopping (the fun stuff!) was really painful and I knew I had to do something! I’ve been going once a week for about a year and I noticed a change in my pain levels within a month or so and now I am pain free.  Eva makes it fun and enjoyable and she is patient, kind and thoughtful and I can always tell she has prepared well for my sessions. I decided to take up Pilates Reformer classes after a long bout of illness and inactivity, and to begin with wanted something that would improve my flexibility and posture.  I have been doing weekly 2:1 classes with Eva alongside someone who is far more advanced than me, however, I don’t feel the need to compete, as each exercise we do is tailored according to our ability.  Eva takes any injuries or weak areas into account, makes helpful suggestions to challenge me further and knows how far she can push me.  Her studio is a lovely, calm environment, with background music which makes exercising an almost meditative experience, when we’re not chatting!  I am surprised to find not only that I am gradually toning up, but also how enjoyable an exercise class can be.  Thanks Eva!
